I totally understand how scary the thought of joining a Boot Camp is, I remember when I went to my first boot camp session, it took me 3 weeks to pluck up the courage to actually show up.

And oh my gosh am I glad I did. I was soon a Boot Camp addict.

I will do absolutely everything that I can to make sure that you lose weight. I will motivate you, push you and guide you.

I will give you all the tools, but you have to take action, you will be the one doing the work.
Follow my advice and stick to at least 3 sessions each week and you will see fantastic results.

If, however, you’re putting in the work and following my nutritional plan and you’re not seeing any results, I will happily offer you a prompt and courteous refund.

Does The Thought of Boot Camps Sound Too Scary

So many people get scared when the word Boot Camp is thrown about.

You probably vision a crazy person screaming orders at you making you hurt. Getting into shape doesn’t have to be like that.

Good question. I could bore you with details of my education and experience because I have a lot of it, I’ve been a qualified trainer for the past 9 years, however the truth is I just want to share my own personal results.

You see, sadly I don’t have perfect genes, I put weight on watching everyone else eat chocolate and it sucks. If I don’t eat healthy and exercise I put weight on. It runs in the family, as my parents are both ‘big boned’.

However after lots of trial and error, pain and suffering I learned how to keep the weight of without spending hours in the gym or eating nothing but lettuce.

I just want to pass this onto others. I get so excited each time we do our challenge measurements and I see how much weight all of my clients have lost.

It is so cool, seeing them feel so much better because they are seeing results.
